Payment and Cancellations

To book a date in Portland, I require a 50% deposit which can be paid through a gift card, credit card or bitcoin. The balance is due in cash when we meet. For fly-me-to-you dates, I require 50% deposit plus all travel costs paid upfront, a minimum 14 days before we meet. 

 

How much notice do you need to meet up?

 

If we’ve met before, I can often accommodate same-day with a few hours notice in Portland or if I happened to be visiting your city. For first dates, I need at least 24 hours after receiving your deposit to clear my schedule and make a plan, ideally a few days notice is best. If I'm flying to you I need at least 14 days notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

I understand that things come up and your plans can change, I will do my best to work around your schedule if you need to cancel and postpone our date. As a courtesy I need at least 24 hours notice in writing. Your deposit will go towards another date to be scheduled within 90 days. If you can’t meet again in person within three months, we can reschedule our date to happen online. If I’m traveling to your city (fly/train me to you) I require at least five days notice in order to return the deposit in full. If non-refundable travel costs have been incurred, I’ll retain enough to cover those fees. 

 

If I have to cancel for any reason (which happens only in the most extraordinary circumstances) I would give you as much notice as possible, return all travel fees/deposit and suggest ways I can make it up to you the next time we see each other.
